Terms and Conditions

    Please read these terms carefully before booking our yacht charter services.

    General Terms

    1. All customers must bring their original ID card or passport in accordance with maritime laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
    2. Customers must bring their own towels.
    3. Entry is prohibited for persons who have consumed alcoholic beverages before the trip to ensure their safety.
    4. Customers must listen and comply with crew instructions.
    5. Animals are not allowed.
    6. Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht (allowed in outdoor areas only).
    7. Customers must remove their shoes before entering the yacht.
    8. Customers must compensate the company in case of breaking or damaging furniture and equipment.
    9. If the booking is cancelled by the customer, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    10. Booking postponement is allowed at least 72 hours before the trip; otherwise, the booking is considered cancelled.
    11. The company will postpone the trip for the customer in case of any mechanical failure, depending on the availability of upcoming bookings.
    12. The booking will be cancelled if the maximum number allowed on the yacht is exceeded, and the amount paid will not be refunded nor will the trip be postponed.
    13. Evali Company has the right to postpone the trip in case of bad weather conditions based on coast guard information.
    14. Postponing the booking depends on our availability and not on the customer's request.

    Booking Method

    Booking confirmation requires a deposit of 50% of the total amount as an advance payment.

    The remaining amount is paid at the time of the trip in cash or by card.
